SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 to Canada and the United States.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, please allow for a processing lead time of 5-15 business days. This includes processing, production, and shipping. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation and tracking number. Once shipped, please allow for a standard shipping time of 2-5 business days. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
We offer a 14-day return policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unaltered, unused, and in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
To request a return, contact us at hello@demedesign.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), and one-off items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Returns will not be accepted on sale items or gift cards. Listed items that fall into this category will be tagged with final sale.
